Tuition and Fees
Your financial obligation to the school is the full annual tuition/fees. The schools’ expenses are incurred on an annual basis. Therefore, the school cannot afford to refund the tuition or cancel unpaid obligations if your child is forced to withdraw during the upcoming academic year. Tuition may be paid using the following options:
- Option 1 - Single Payment Plan: Under this plan, the entire amount of tuition is paid directly to the school on or before July 1. Tuition paid in full by this date will receive a $100.00 discount per family.
- Option 2 - Mandatory FACTS Tuition Plan: Under this plan, payments will be automatically transferred from you bank account monthly beginning in July. Parents have the option of a 5th or 20th of the month transfer. All tuition accounts must be current at the end of each quarter in order for your child/children to continue attending school. Readmission to Our Lady of Mercy School will be granted only to those whose account is paid in full.
Parents who feel they have a problem meeting their financial obligation to the school are encouraged to discuss the matter with the Principal or Pastor. The non-refundable Registration Fee for 2007-2008 is $335.00 for each child. This fee covers the cost of Department of Education fees, insurance fees, SAT testing, television programming fees, physical education, art, music and computer classes, library books, health services, classroom supplies and textbooks.
Tuition for the 2007-2008 School Year is as follows:
- $5,700 for 1 child
- $9,550 for 2 children
- $13,500 for 3 or more children
Registration fees for the 2008-2009 school year cannot be accepted while delinquent tuition payments exist. A fee equivalent to one month’s tuition will be charged to families that leave the school during the year.
